Description

Barbera D’Asti Superiore Tutti i Frutti comes from the Nizza Monferrato vineyards, adjacent to the company.
The work in the vendors is meticulously cared for. Before the harvest, the grapes are thinned and selected.
After the harvest and the various stages of vinification, the wine is aged for about 12 months in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
When mature, it is bottled and left to rest in the bottle for 3-4 months.
It has an intense and persistent aroma, with scents of dark berries and hints of cinnamon.
On the palate it is balanced, dry and full-bodied with a pleasant sweet tannic note.
It goes well with first courses, meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
